Your orders are carefully packed and sealed to ensure that you have complete satisfaction when receiving the products, you ordered from us at your doorstep. We have chosen the logistics partners that we have chosen to deliver your goods to you because of their speedy delivery records.
Delivery Charges
All orders are FREE of delivery charges.

Estimated Delivery Times
Orders are normally dispatched within 3 days after Order Confirmation.
FurryLiving generally ships the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Once dispatched, your order can be tracked by an automatically generated tracking ID.
Transit time provided at the time of order placement is an estimate and we are not liable for delays by our logistics partner. Any shipping delay will not result in any sort of order cancellation

Mode of Payment
We offer 2 shipping methods - Cash on Delivery and Prepaid.
Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our logistical partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
Cash on delivery is offered to customers only for orders below the value of Rs 5,000.
Depending on the destination, our logistical partners have set limits on the cash amount payable on delivery, and your order value could have exceeded this threshold. To see if cod is available in your region, please enter your pin code on the product page.
If a Cash on Delivery order is rejected at the time of delivery once, FurryLiving reserves the right to restrict this shipping option on further orders on case-to-case basis.
Order Modification or Cancellation
To cancel your order, please email us at info@furryliving.in or call on 9116121323. If we have already processed your order, we may not be able to cancel it. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. We will not be able to change the shipping address if the order has already been shipped.
Returns
Product returns are only accepted under specific circumstances. Please refer to Returns Policy.
In case Returns request is accepted by FurryLiving, our logistics team will get in touch to arrange pick up of the product. The customer is responsible to re-package the product before pick up. Shipping cost liability will be handled on case-by-case basis, subject to FurryLiving discretion.
International Deliveries
Furryliving does not currently offer services internationally.
With credit/debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries, you will be able to make your purchases on our website from anywhere in the world, but please ensure that the delivery address is in India.
