We have promotional discount codes that are valid on all purchases made on this website. These discount codes will be valid on all or some specified items. Please note that only one discount code per order is permitted. If an order has already been made, You cannot use a discount code.

By using the Website and/or registering Yourself at Furryliving.in You authorize us to contact You via email or phone call or SMS or WhatsApp and offer You our services, imparting product knowledge, offer promotional offers running on the website & offers offered by the associated third parties, for which reasons, personally identifiable information may be collected. And irrespective of the fact that You have also registered Yourself under DND or DNC or NCPR service, You still authorize us to give You a call from Furryliving for the above-mentioned purposes. The offers made in those promotional emails/calls/SMS are subject to change at the company's sole discretion, and the company assumes no responsibility to provide You with any information regarding such change. 9. CANCELLATION POLICY

Furryliving reserves the right to cancel or refuse a purchase for any reason. Limitations on the quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or typographical errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our team may all result in Your order being cancelled. Before placing an order, we may also need additional verifications or information. If Your order is cancelled in whole or in part, we will contact You and ask for additional information to accept it. If Your order is cancelled after Your credit card was charged, the amount will be refunded to Your card account.

Furryliving reserves the right to refuse or accept orders cancellations for any reason in the case of requests for order cancellations. Order cancellations are to be made within 12 hours of order placement and order cancellations are subjected to 2.5% cancellation fee. If we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount with-in 15-20 working days.

We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Furryliving has the complete right to determine whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to contest Furryliving's decision and accept the decision to cancel it.

 

10. FRAUDS

You agree that any violation by You of these Terms will constitute an unlawful and unfair business practice, and will cause irreparable harm to the Company, for which monetary damages would be inadequate, and You consent to the Company obtaining any injunctive or equitable relief that they deem necessary or appropriate in such circumstances. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies that the Company may have at law or in equity. If the Company takes any legal action against You as a result of Your violation of these Terms, they will be entitled to recover from You, and You agree to pay, all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of such action, in addition to any other relief that may be granted.

The Company may select counsel for and control the defense of any claim that You are indemnifying.  These Terms: (i) will be considered to be an electronic record under the Indian data privacy laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 read with rules and regulations made thereunder; and (ii) will not require any physical, electronic, or digital signature by the Company.
