Shipping and Delivery
How long does it take to ship my order?
We process and ship all orders within 2 working days of confirmation.
Is there a cutoff time for same-day processing?
Yes, orders placed before 11:00 AM are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery typically takes 7–8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Which courier partners do you use?
We ship orders through trusted logistics partners such as BlueDart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and DTDC to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we deliver to most locations across India. If your area is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.
Can delivery take longer in some areas?
Yes, deliveries to certain remote or hard-to-reach locations may take additional time beyond the standard delivery window.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, WhatsApp or SMS to monitor your delivery status.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes are only possible before the order is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
What should I do if I receive a damaged package?
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
Returns and Cancellations
Until when can I raise a return request?
Return requests have to be raised within 3 days of delivery of your order.
Until when can I raise a cancellation request?
Cancellation requests have to be raised within 12 hours of order confirmation or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Which products are eligible for exchange and returns?
We will NOT accept returns for our products except in case of manufacturing defects or damages caused during delivery of your order. In such cases return request should be raised within 3 days of order delivery. Please refer to Cancellation & Returns Policy for more details.
