These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of furryliving.in and the purchase of products from FurryLiving. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By accessing the website or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. General
The website furryliving.in ("Website") and the brand FurryLiving is owned and operated by Tanagra Industries, a partnership firm registered under the Indian Partnership Act 1932, having its principal place of business at Tanagra Industries, Udhyog Nagar, Basni, Jodhpur, Rajasthan 342005, India (referred to herein as "FurryLiving", "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").

The person accessing or purchasing from the website is referred to as "You", "Your", "User", "Buyer", or "Customer".

These Terms, together with our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between You and FurryLiving regarding your use of the Website and purchase of products.

Geographic scope
FurryLiving sells and ships products within India only. Orders placed from outside India will not be accepted. The Website is intended for use by persons located in India. FurryLiving makes no representation that the Website or its products comply with the laws of any jurisdiction outside India.

Orders placed through third-party networks
FurryLiving may make its products available through third-party commerce networks, including the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC). Where an order is placed through such a network, the buyer’s experience — including checkout, order tracking, and customer support — may be governed in part by the policies of the network participant (buyer app) through which the order was placed.
These Terms apply to FurryLiving’s obligations as the seller in all such transactions. However, certain terms — including payment methods, cancellation windows, and return timelines — may differ as required by the applicable network’s policy framework. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the mandatory policies of a regulated commerce network, the network’s mandatory policies shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.


2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

These Terms constitute an electronic record within the meaning of the Information Technology Act 2000 and the rules made thereunder. No physical or digital signature is required.


3. Modifications to These Terms
FurryLiving reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by posting the updated Terms on the Website with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Website after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Orders placed prior to a change in Terms are governed by the version in effect at the time of purchase.


4. Eligibility
The Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act 1872. Persons who are incompetent to contract within the meaning of that Act — including minors under 18 years of age and undischarged insolvents — may not purchase independently.

If you are a minor, any purchase must be made by and with the consent of your parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for the transaction.

FurryLiving reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts where use is in breach of these Terms or applicable law.


5. Account and Registration
You may purchase from the Website as a guest or by creating a registered account. Creating an account allows you to track orders, manage preferences, and access order history. You are not required to create an account to complete a purchase.

If you create an account, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account at info@furryliving.in
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

FurryLiving is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account credentials. You may not transfer your account to any other person or use another person's account without their permission.


6. Products, Pricing and Availability
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.

Pricing errors
Despite our best efforts, typographical errors in pricing or product descriptions may occasionally occur. FurryLiving reserves the right to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 working days. We will notify you promptly in such cases.

Product descriptions
We endeavour to display product colours, dimensions, and materials as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to:
• Screen calibration differences in colour display
• Inherent natural characteristics of solid wood — including grain pattern, colour tone, knot variation, and surface texture. These are properties of the material, not defects.
• Handcrafted production, which may result in minor dimensional variation within stated tolerances

Natural variation in solid wood products is expected and is not grounds for a return or warranty claim. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully and contact us before purchase if you have specific requirements.

Availability
Product availability is displayed on the Website and is subject to change. FurryLiving reserves the right to limit quantities or withdraw products from sale without notice. In the event a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a refund or substitution.

Discount codes
Only one discount code may be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders. FurryLiving reserves the right to withdraw or modify discount codes at any time without prior notice.


7. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when FurryLiving sends you an order confirmation email. FurryLiving reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion, including where:
• A product is unavailable or out of stock
• A pricing or description error has been identified
• The order cannot be verified or payment cannot be confirmed
• The delivery address is outside our serviceable area

If your order is declined after payment, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 working days. FurryLiving's decision on order acceptance is final.


8. Order Cancellation
Cancellation by you
You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched by contacting us at 91 - 9116121323 or email us at info@furryliving.in with your Order ID. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 working days of cancellation confirmation. No cancellation fee applies.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to receive the delivery, please accept it and then raise a request under our Returns Policy at furryliving.in/crr.

Custom and bespoke orders
Custom orders placed through FurryLiving Customs may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours, production commences and the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where a manufacturing defect is established under our Warranty.

Cancellation by FurryLiving
If FurryLiving cancels your order for any reason, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 working days. No deduction or fee will be applied to seller-initiated cancellations.


9. Payment
All transactions are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR). Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.

By completing payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. FurryLiving is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of a payment method by a third party where such loss is not attributable to FurryLiving's negligence.

FurryLiving does not store complete card details on its servers. Payment processing is handled by our payment gateway partner(s), subject to their own terms and security standards.


9A. Gift Cards and Store Credit
FurryLiving may issue gift cards or store credit as a payment instrument or as part of a resolution, promotion, or goodwill gesture. The following terms apply:
• Gift cards and store credit are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless a different validity period is stated at the time of issuance.
• Gift cards and store credit may only be redeemed against purchases on furryliving.in and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or applied to prior orders.
• Only one gift card or store credit code may be applied per order, unless otherwise permitted at checkout.
• FurryLiving is not responsible for gift cards or store credit that are lost, stolen, or used without authorisation.
• Gift cards and store credit have no monetary value outside the FurryLiving platform and will not be reinstated once expired.
• FurryLiving reserves the right to cancel or void gift cards or store credit issued in error or obtained through fraudulent means.


10. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. FurryLiving is not liable for delays caused by our logistics partners, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. You will receive shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

11. Returns, Refunds and Warranty
All return, refund, exchange, and warranty terms are governed exclusively by our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy, available at furryliving.in/crr. That policy forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

Nothing in these Terms or that policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or any other applicable Indian law.

Unboxing video requirement
Claims for damage or loss sustained during transit will only be considered where the customer provides an unboxing video recorded at the time the package is first opened. The video must clearly show the outer packaging in its received condition and the alleged damage to the product. Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement or refund under our transit damage policy. Detailed instructions on how to raise a transit damage claim are set out in our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy at furryliving.in/crr.


12. Custom and Bespoke Orders
Products ordered through FurryLiving Customs are made to your specifications and are subject to the following terms, which supersede the standard Returns Policy for custom orders:
• Full payment is required at the time of order placement
• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
• After 24 hours, production begins and the order is non-cancellable and non-refundable
• Custom products are not eligible for return or exchange except where a manufacturing defect is established under the Warranty
• Production and delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation

Please review all dimensions, materials, finishes, and specifications carefully before confirming a custom order. FurryLiving will not be responsible for errors arising from inaccurate specifications provided by the customer.


13. Product Safety and Use
FurryLiving products are designed for indoor domestic use with pets. To ensure your pet's safety and the longevity of the product, please observe the following:
• Do not exceed the stated weight capacity for any product. Weight limits are specified on each product page.
• Supervise your pet during initial use of ramps, stairs, cat trees, and climbing structures until you are confident they can use the product safely.
• Assemble products strictly in accordance with the included instructions. Incorrect assembly may compromise structural integrity and void the warranty.
• Do not place products in outdoor environments, high-humidity areas, or in direct contact with water unless the product is specifically described as weather-resistant.
• Do not modify, cut, or alter any product. Unauthorised modifications void the warranty and may create safety hazards.
• Inspect products periodically for signs of wear, loose joints, or damage. Discontinue use if structural integrity is compromised and contact us at info@furryliving.in.

FurryLiving shall not be liable for injury to pets or persons, or damage to property, arising from:
• Failure to observe weight capacity limits
• Incorrect assembly or installation
• Unsupervised use by pets during an adaptation period
• Use in conditions inconsistent with the product's intended purpose
• Pet-induced damage including chewing, scratching, or soiling

Materials and pet safety
FurryLiving uses materials — including solid wood, engineered wood, adhesives, surface finishes, and fabric — that are selected with domestic pet environments in mind. However, individual pets may react differently to new objects, materials, and odours. We recommend allowing new products to air in a well-ventilated space for 24–48 hours before introducing your pet to them.
FurryLiving does not warrant that its products are suitable for pets with specific allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions. If your pet has known sensitivities, please contact us at info@furryliving.in before purchase to discuss material composition.
FurryLiving shall not be liable for any adverse reaction, injury, or illness in a pet arising from ingestion, prolonged chewing, or contact with product materials in a manner inconsistent with the product’s intended use.


14. B2B and Trade Purchases
FurryLiving welcomes trade, institutional, and bulk purchase enquiries via furryliving.in/pages/contact-us. The following terms apply to all business-to-business transactions:
• The Consumer Protection Act 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 do not apply to purchases made by a registered business entity for commercial purposes
• Pricing, minimum order quantities, and lead times for trade orders are as agreed in the B2B order form or purchase agreement
• Returns and warranty terms for trade purchases are as agreed in writing at the time of order placement and may differ from the standard Returns Policy
• GST invoices will be issued in the name of the registered business entity on receipt of GSTIN

Business buyers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended commercial use. FurryLiving's liability to business buyers is limited to the value of the products supplied.


15. Acceptable Use
FurryLiving grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Website for the purpose of browsing products and placing orders for personal or business use. This licence does not extend to any commercial exploitation of the Website's content.

The following are prohibited:
• Reproducing, modifying, distributing, or publishing any content from the Website without prior written consent from FurryLiving
• Infringing FurryLiving's intellectual property rights, trademarks, logos, or proprietary information
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Website or its infrastructure
• Attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract source code from the Website
• Accessing the Website to build a competing product or service, or to scrape product or pricing data
• Impersonating any person, entity, or FurryLiving representative
• Engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity, including phishing or money laundering
• Uploading or transmitting content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or in violation of any applicable law
• Sending unsolicited commercial communications (spam) through any channel associated with the Website
• Using the Website in a manner that impairs its availability or performance for other users

FurryLiving reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user in breach of these provisions without notice.


16. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including text, images, product photography, graphics, design, layout, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of FurryLiving or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property law.

The FurryLiving name, wordmark, and logo are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of any mark, including in meta tags, domain names, or advertising, is prohibited.

If you submit photographs, reviews, or content to FurryLiving (including on social media by tagging the brand), you grant FurryLiving a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes. You represent that you have the right to grant this licence and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights.


17. Communications and Marketing Consent
Transactional communications
FurryLiving will send you order confirmations, shipping updates, and other communications necessary to fulfil your purchase. These communications are sent regardless of your marketing preferences and do not require separate consent.

Marketing communications
With your consent, FurryLiving may contact you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp to share product updates, promotions, and offers. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by:
• Clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email
• Replying STOP to any marketing SMS
• Contacting us at info@furryliving.in

FurryLiving will not send promotional communications to numbers registered under the DND/DNC/NCPR service without a valid, specific opt-in consent recorded in compliance with TRAI's Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations 2018. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the lawfulness of communications sent prior to withdrawal.


18. Third-Party Links and Services
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp) and our logistics partners. These links are provided for convenience only. FurryLiving does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website. Payment processing on the Website is handled by a third-party payment gateway. FurryLiving is not responsible for the performance, security, or terms of the payment gateway. Any dispute regarding a payment transaction should be raised with your bank or payment provider in the first instance.


19. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer
The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. FurryLiving makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. FurryLiving is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from use of the Website.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FurryLiving’s total liability to you in connection with any order or use of the Website shall not exceed the price paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Where a claim relates to an order containing multiple products, liability is capped at the price of the individual product to which the claim relates, not the total order value.

FurryLiving shall not be liable for:
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses
• Loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Losses arising from events outside FurryLiving's reasonable control (see Force Majeure)
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or our product safety guidance

Nothing in these Terms limits FurryLiving's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

Statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, or any other applicable Indian law. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory provision of applicable law, that provision shall be read down or severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force.


20. Force Majeure
FurryLiving shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, or extreme weather
• Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
• Government orders, legislative changes, or regulatory actions
• Logistics network disruptions, courier strikes, or port closures
• Power failures, internet outages, or cyber attacks

In such circumstances, FurryLiving will notify you as promptly as practicable and will resume performance as soon as reasonably possible. If a force majeure event continues for more than 30 days, either party may cancel the affected order and FurryLiving will issue a full refund.


21. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FurryLiving, its partners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
• Any content you submit to or through the Website
• Your misuse of any FurryLiving product in a manner inconsistent with product safety guidance


22. Privacy and Data Protection
The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at furryliving.in/privacypolicy. By using the Website, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

FurryLiving is committed to complying with applicable data protection laws in India, including the Information Technology Act 2000, the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules 2011, and, upon notification, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the rules made thereunder. Our Privacy Policy will be updated as required when DPDP 2023 implementation rules are notified.


23. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 2019, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.

Important: Nothing in this clause limits your right, as a consumer, to approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission having jurisdiction over your place of residence or purchase, as provided under Section 34(2) of the Consumer Protection Act 2019. The jurisdiction clause above applies to commercial and non-consumer disputes only.


24. Grievance Redressal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, FurryLiving has appointed a Grievance Officer to address consumer complaints:

All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable law.

25. Termination
FurryLiving reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website, with or without notice, where:
• You breach any provision of these Terms
• Your use of the Website poses a security or legal risk
• Required by applicable law or a competent authority

On termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. The following clauses survive termination: Intellectual Property, Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Grievance Redressal.

Effect of termination on pending orders
Where FurryLiving suspends or terminates your account, any orders that have already been confirmed and dispatched prior to termination will be fulfilled in the ordinary course. Orders that have been confirmed but not yet dispatched at the time of termination will be cancelled and a full refund issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days, unless the termination was initiated due to fraud or breach of these Terms, in which case FurryLiving reserves the right to withhold fulfilment pending investigation.
Any unspent store credit or gift card balance associated with a terminated account will be forfeited where the account was terminated for breach of these Terms. In all other cases, FurryLiving will make reasonable efforts to facilitate redemption prior to termination taking effect.


26. Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms, together with the Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FurryLiving regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements or representations.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
